On saturday 9th April 2022, two steam charter trains came north over the West Coast Main Line just 10 minutes apart. The Steam Dreams tour 'Settle & Carlisle' came from London Euston to Carlisle, with steam haulage by SR 35018 'British India Line' from Carnforth, returning via the Settle Carlisle line. The Saphos tour 'The Lakelander' came from Rugby to Carlisle with steam haulage by 34036 'Braunton' from Preston, returning via the Cumbria Coast line. Both are seen here coming north at Scout Green, approaching Shap Summit, then Braulton is seen on the Cumbrian coast at Parton, just north of Whitehaven,
