Visit http://www.jump.science for free info on speed and jump training. This workout... Deadlift singles light to max (200kg) to get fired up. Dunks. Tried to get my lefty windmill going again. It wasn't great. Speed bounding (not shown). Squats 4x3 light to heavy (145kg). Reverse lunges.
