The song, "Rise Above It All", led by Cornelius Dwayne Watkins featured some special guests featuring Melvin and Doug Williams. I think Rev Andrew Cheairs was in this song too. This was taken from the 1993 recording, "Live In Memphis". This was the final recording of the late Harvey Watkins Sr (1929-1994), former member of the Canton Spirituals since it was organized in the 1940s. The album also featured members of the original Canton Spirituals such as, Harvey Watkins Sr., Theo Thompson, Eddie Jackson, and Roscoe Lucious Live In Memphis is actually my favorite album from the Canton Spirituals.
