Junkai's video: Full Planche Attempts From straddle to full planche

Apologies for not uploading in ages to my few cherished subscribers :(. I had an injury that prevented me from doing flips for quite awhile. Meanwhile I redirected my training at achieving the planche. Depicted in the video is 2 months of solid training starting from a level of straddle planche and attempting to move on to the full planche. It only shows attempts and not actual training footage.
