I put the mix in a wide small bowl so the shape came out like an English muffin! Once it cooled I slice it in half and used it like a regular sandwich bun. You can also toast the bread if you like for a crispier breakfast sandwich. I typically only eat 1 meal a day and a snack, but for the sake of this video I will be showing you 2 meals and a snack.
