l've been there scrolling, searching for the right video to get me motivated to get to the gym in the past. Now, on days I move slow, I use the 3-2-1 countdown method to stop wasting time and get myself onto the next task of the day. The method works by reducing the activation energy required to start a new task and makes it easier for your brain to override procrastination and initiate movement and it's simple. When you catch yourself stuck, follow this to take action: Count down from 3 to 1. - 3: acknowledge the task - 2: visualize taking the first step - 1: physically move or start
