**For Entertainment Purposes Only** During a record breaking heat wave, which ultimately delayed the shipping of our new air conditioner, we had to derive some creative ways to stay cool, like blacking out the windows and creating home made cooling devices, as well as increasing intake of water and Himalayan pink sea salt. I had a lot of fun making this video and testing myself through the heat and it ended up being a great backdrop and inspiration for all of the content that's currently flowing out of me.
