K M's video: The Most Viewed MVs from the Most Popular Kpop Groups on Youtube

I Only Recorded Korean Groups. Only One Song per Group. How The Chart Works: Only the most viewed music video released by a group is allowed on this chart, so every group will only have ONE music video each on this chart. That means 50 songs from 50 groups. Subgroups are allowed, but not Mandopop/C-pop language subgroups. Subunits are not allowed. (Except for NCT, in their case the most viewed music video released by a NCT unit will be used for the chart.) The difference between a subunit and a subgroup as to my knowledge: Subunit - is completely made up of members from the original group and disbands when the group disbands. Subgroup - mostly members from original group, but sometimes they add in new members only active in the subgroup. Has the chance to continue on their own even if the original group disbands. I personally lump duo's in with groups, it just makes more sense to me, some people complain that duo are technically not groups but my other option is to leave them out of my charts or lump them in with soloists. Please keep in mind that viewcounts change over and by the time you’re watching this video, some of the songs may no longer be correct. -By popular I mean popular on youtube, not of all time because obviously then we would have to add in physical sales and and digital sales, as well as social media followings into making the decision.
