Actually, the hearing of the murder of a 2-year-old child was going on in the court. When District Judge Traci Soderstrom was found to be using Facebook while ignoring the proceedings of her murder trial... she was repeatedly picking up on the message tone on her phone and talking on Facebook Messenger during the proceedings.
