HOLY SPIRIT HOLY: We derive the English word HOLY from Old English halig, (meaning: consecrated, sacred; godly), which, in turn, comes from Old High German heilag, and eventually, PIE (Proto-Indo-European) *kailo, meaning "whole, uninjured”. The word’s etymological ancestry also shares roots with  Proto-Germanic *hailaz (“whole, safe, sound”) SPIRIT: The etymology of SPIRIT can be traced back to Latin spiritus meaning “breath” or “a breathing (of respiration, also of the wind)”. This song, “HOLY SPIRIT”, and my previous song, entitled “GARDEN”, are both singles from my upcoming album: “The Romantic Spirituals” - A collection of Romantic, Sensual, Intimate, Adorative, & Appreciative Love Songs To The Creator of All Things Within and Out of the Self(s), The Ancestors, & Our Descendants yet to come (and the oneness of the Creator through all these things).
