Back in Djarum Badminton Club and National Team in Indonesia, I still remembered that my coach asked me to do wall drill exercise to improve my defense, reaction, racket speed, finger power and consistency. I was doing this drill every single day for good 15-20 min (for 6 month) before the actual program, but I don’t regret, and I really thank to my coach that I did follow his advice.
