KClassScienceChannel's video: Diffusing Colours I Water I Chemistry

@Diffusing Colours I Water I Chemistry
This video shows the diffusion property of solutes. Two water soluble colours are mixed separately in coconut oil and both are added simultaneously into a bottle filled with water. Since the oil lies as a separate layer above the water, the colours do not spread initially. But, slowly the colours are attracted to the water in the bottle and start mixing, moving from a region of higher concentration to a region of lower concentration. This will continue until the concentration of solutes is uniform throughout the bottle. This movement of the solute molecules is called diffusion.
