Sky News host Stephen Dixon failed to correctly introduce his guest, singer Lea Salonga much to her amusement during an awkward exchange. Mr Dixon introduced the singer as an environmental activist to which she had to correct him mid-sentence on his error. The awkward moment left his co-host Gillian Joseph with her head in her hands as Mr Dixon attempted to salvage the interview.
