NEET OMR Sheet tampering case was heard in the Supreme Court on Monday. The court rejected the plea, alleging changes made in the OMR sheet by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) undergraduate examinations for the year 2021. NEET OMR Sheet judgment evidence in favour of NTA The Bench of Justices DY Chandrachud and AS Bopanna accepted pieces of evidence supporting NTA where five out of six petitioners agreed that the original OMR sheets were uploaded on the official website. The Court further said that the OMR sheets on record were the ones that bore the original handwriting of the petitioner candidates and had the signatures of both invigilators and the candidates. Supreme Court gives judgement in favour of NTA "It cannot be prima facie be suggested that there were any acts of tampering or manipulation in the back office of National Testing Agency. The examination has been attempted by 15.44 lakh candidates out of which six have come to this court. Five have verified their OMR sheet along with their parents. Petition dismissed," the Court ordered.
