W1D1, Workout 1 - Conditioning Kettlebell & Bodyweight 30min of conditioning consisting of kettlebell swings (10 reps) and half burpees (10 reps). Alternative exercises for kettbelell swings: dumbell swing, any form of deadlift with a proper weight or item, hip thrusts, banded good mornings. Alternating between these two work up to 30min of total work. Try and pace yourself in such a waysthat you have as little passive rest as possible.
