KKND Slovenia's video: Spain: Interpretation Center of the Gibralfaro Castle in Malaga

This is a museum dedicated to the military history of the city of Malaga, since its accession to the Kingdom of Castile, in 1487. Until 1925, in accordance with the decree of Castillo Alfonso XII, the city of Malaga was used for military purposes. The museum has opened exhibitions whose exhibits are over 438 years old. Many exhibits were used for military purposes, to protect the Gibralfaro fortress. Also, the museum presents a model of the city of Malaga, where, in miniature, the most significant objects of the city are shown. There are stands in the central part of the museum where tourists can see collections of stamps, postcards, miniatures of sculptures and much more. The stained-glass windows in the museum are arranged in chronological order: from the sixteenth to the twentieth centuries. The museum archive of documents, reproductions and illustrations telling not only about the history of Malaga, but also about the modern life of the city is rich and diverse. The weapons room of the museum deserves special attention: it presents many original products - halberds, swords, guns, guns, bayonets.
