@Croatia: 25 km long traffic jam on Krk island.

Last weekend of August, Saturday morning traffic jam through the whole island! That's more than 25km long. That's how you can stuck when hotels have almost the same check-out time :) We drove back 3 hours later and the road was empty. So, my suggestion - relax a bit and spent few hours more after check-out in a cafe :)
