Anggota Komisi VI DPR Fraksi PDIP Dedi Sitorus menyebut pihaknya tak menentang kebijakan konsesi tambang untuk ormas. Namun ia mempertanyakan, selain ormas, banyak pihak lain yang berjasa memperjuangkan tanah air. Namun tak mendapatkan jatah yang sama, misalnya legiun veteran, dan masyarakat adat.
