Ruas Tol Wiyoto Wiyono dari arah Bekasi menuju Tanjung Priok, lumpuh total pada Sabtu (20/02) pagi. Kendaraan tidak dapat melintas, karena ruas tol terendam banjir setinggi 60 sentimeter. Akibatnya, arus kendaraan yang hendak menuju arah Tanjung Priok, dialihkan melalui ruas tol dalam kota. Pengelola tol berupaya mengatasi genangan, dengan membersihkan saluran drainase.
