On October 28th, one post in an online community has garnered much attention as the poster claimed that she was in a relationship with EXO's Chanyeol for 3 years. She also uploaded never-released photos of Chanyeol as "proof." She wrote a lengthy letter to Chanyeol and exposed his misdeeds. She began, "I don't know if you read this online community or not. I've decided to write something like this, which I never did, to expose you. You must be surprised to see something written from me when you thought we had broken up. Well, I feel dirty and disgusting thinking about the three years I've been tricked by you." She said that the letter is a "karma" that Chanyeol brought onto himself. According to the poster, they began dating after Chanyeol asked one of my acquaintances for her number and asked her out. She revealed that Chanyeol actually had multiple one-night-stands with other women. She said that those include girl group members, Youtube streamers, flight attendants, and more. She wrote, "I was so ignorant as you slept with new women while I was asleep. You were so busy living a dirty life." Not only that she accused Chanyeol of cheating on her, but she also revealed that Chanyeol actually doesn't like one of his EXO members. She wrote, "It was strange when you weren't able to defend me when the member you don't like tried flirting with me without knowing our relationship. You weren't even able to express your dissatisfaction and only cursed about him behind his back. I now realized it was because you couldn't be confident with your actions." The poster shared, "Less than two days since we broke up, you called me and I told you about everything I heard but you played innocent. I told you the names of the girls you slept with, you stayed silent for three seconds and then said, 'She what?' I was so baffled." She revealed that she recorded the call because there are victims who wanted to hear his excuses. The alleged ex-girlfriend also revealed that during their three-year relationship, she was busy trying to "protect" Chanyeol so that the public wouldn't know about their relationship. She said, "I didn't even tell my close friends that I had a boyfriend. I trusted you when you told me you would die if your career in the music industry was affected by girl-problems."
