SPINACH DIP RECIPE Ingredients 1 1/4 Cup Jalapeño Monterey Jack Cheese 2 bricks cream cheese 4 TBSP Orange/Red Peppers 2 1/4 Cups Cheddar Cheese (Reserve 2 Cups for top) Pinch Paprika Pinch Ground pepper 2 TBSP Garlic Powder 3/4 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese 1 Cup Chopped Fresh Spinach Tortilla Chips Naan or Pita Bread Mix all ingredients together (except spinach and the reserved cheese). Once all ingredients are well combined then add in spinach and gently mix. Add dip to an oven safe dish, cover and put in fridge for minimum 12 hours for flavours to mingle. Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F Top dip with cheese and bake for 30 mins or until dip is heated through. Enjoy! Dip will be so hot so please be careful!!
