In surgery, you always have to be prepared for the unexpected complications. This beautiful lady traveled all the way from Indonesia seeking help with a tummy tuck that was performed in Jakarta 2 years ago. Instead of a mini tummy tuck with an epigastric hernia, she actually had a FULL tummy tuck with a HUGE THICK SEROMA CAPSULE. It turned out to be MUCH MORE DIFFICULT to remove. As I always say, a poorly executed tummy tuck (or a facelift) is devastating because it's almost impossible to fix it to a level where it appears as if nothing bad ever happened. Too often I see results on the internet where the tummy tuck scars are too high, too straight and too thick, and the mons pubis pulled up high.
