I love you all so much lmao)) This thumbnail is ugly AF, sorry... maybe I can think of something better when it's not 5am haha. Obviously I tweaked the storyline a bit with the kiss, Lance picking up a poster of Keith on their travels and so on, but the theme for this video is supposed to stick very close to what we have in canon. I chose not to include a happy reunion at the end because I wanted the viewer to experience the same sense of frustration and longing that these two feel while they're apart. Since it's quite a long AMV, the idea is that by the end of the vid you feel upset but also hopeful, which fits with how fans feel at this stage in the overall story. I'm not sure if I succeeded but that's the tone I was aiming to strike with this piece! I haven't edited this band since S1 (almost 2 years ago now, wow!) so the mid-way point in the series felt like a good stage to revisit their music. They're forever my favourite because their songs are sad but not overly depressing, angsty but not too upsetting. Also as I said in the description for "mortality", these first two albums have bad connotations for me, so I'm working on changing that through editing what I love! What did you all think of season 5? I personally really enjoyed it, even though I miss Keith dearly that cliffhanger at the end is so exciting! How is he going to react? My money is on Krolia encouraging her son not to make the same mistakes that she did, maybe tell him more about how she met his dad, which will prompt him to return to the team (and Lance ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)...) ☞ Don't forget! ☜ If I see/hear of a repost, regardless of credits, I will no longer share my Klance works.
