Join me in this practice to improve flexibility of the hips and expand the lower back to alleviate tightness and tension. You'll also improve core strength and stability. Some featured yoga postures are: Utthan Pristhasana (Lizard), Vyaghrasana (Tiger), Malasana (Yogi's squat), Trikonasana (Triangle), Gomukhasana (Cow-face) vinyasa, Elephant Pose/Prasarita Padottanasana (Wide-Legged Forward Bend) variations, Chakki Chalanasa (Mill Churning Pose). Suitable for beginners and experienced yogis. Level of difficulty is low to moderate. ***If you have a medical condition, injury or have had a procedure which affects your hips and/or lower back, please check with your medical specialist on whether this practice is suitable. It is not suitable if you have a herniated disc or are pregnant.***
