We will ease into this practice with Akarana Dhanurasana (Bow Tensing) encouraging full breaths, then flow through a gentle Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar), open the sides in Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose), balance in One-legged Pose, open across the upper back in a variation of Anjaneyasana (High Lunge), and engage the power of the core bandhas in Bakasana (Crow Pose). Our pranayama practice is Brahmari - Humming Bee Breath to clear the mind and connect with the breath. This practice is suitable for beginner and experienced yogis.
