Nadi Shodhanam or Alternate Nostril Breathing Pranayama is a calming breath exercise which will prepare you to move into a quiet space of stillness for meditation. Be guided to practice Nadi Shodhanam for 9 minutes and a further 9 minutes of mantra meditation. We will silently repeat the So Hum mantra which is Sanskrit for 'I am that. That I am". If you are pressed for time, feel free to gently come out of meditation earlier. Practised daily, you will find that you feel more centred, peaceful and clear-minded.
