This is an accessible hatha yoga practice including postures from several levels within the Yoga in Daily Life System. Stretch the side body and legs in Meru Akaranasana (Stretching the Spine and Inner Thigh), flex the back in Majari (Cat Pose), stimulate the chakras as you flow through Khatu Pranam (Greetings to Khatu), improve your posture and strengthen your back with Katichakrasana (the Well), increase your ability to concentrate with Virasana (Hero Pose), and de-stress with Ardha Matsyendrasana (Spinal Twist). Level of challenge: easy to moderate.
