This accessible yoga practice helps the body transform from stiffness to mobility. You will feel refreshed and light, cleansed of accumulative stress. An excellent practice on awakening in the morning or after sitting for long periods. We'll start lying on the floor and gently move the body. Once the body is more energised, we will flow through a variation of Surya Namaskar C (Sun Salutation). Yoga postures featured in this practice include: marjariasana/bitilasana (cat/cow pose), setu bandhasana (bridge), 90-90 pose, matsyendrasana (seated twist), balasana (child's pose).
