In this practice, let your yoga mat be your internal battery charger. Balance in Garudasana (Eagle Pose) and Sunbird; get warm with Virabradhasana 2 (Warrior 2) and Dancing Warrior; strengthen the core in Navasana (Boat Pose); find peace in Yoga Mudra; open the hips in Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose), twist in Parvritta Uktatasana (Chair Twist); and open the front body in Table Top Pose. This practice is suitable for beginner to experienced yogis.
