It is said that you are only as young as your spine is flexible. In this complete practice we twist, bend and flex the spine in vinyasas including Marjari (cat pose), Virabhadrasana 1 (Warrior) and Parsvottanasana (Intense Side Stretch), Anjaneyasana (Low Lunge), Halasana (Plough Pose) and Pascimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend). We back bend in Ardha Ustrasana (Half Camel Pose) and Purvottanasana (East Pose), and activate abdominal muscles in Navasana (Boat Pose). This yoga practice is suitable for new and experienced yogis.
