Sat Nam everyone, In the midst of this weekend’s tragic events, I felt the need to practice, record and share this powerful meditation from the Survival Kit. The mantra/music with the Mudra for this meditation is simple: right hand rests over left, 1 inch above navel, thumbs touch and press against stomach; look to the tip of the nose, and chant the entire mantra in one breath.Tune in with Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo 3 times; tune out with long sat and short nam. The meditation is to be done for 11 minutes, the full version is on my channel. I hope you all enjoy it this one minute version.
