So I took a couple of days off, had my 40th birthday, got engaged -- NBD 😏💍 and now it's time to return with a vengeance!! This is a full upper body workout but get ready to feel a REALLY good burn in your arms and shoulders 🔥😃 This one will need some homemade equipment if you don't have any weights. Exercise Overview 0:54 Workout 8:39 WORKOUT ('$' indicates exercises that use equipment): - 30s of Work - 10s of Rest - 2 Rounds - 14 Exercises * Run in Place * Jumping Starfish * Inch Worms * Squat Thrusters $ * Bear Crawls * Squat Curl Press $ * Upright Row $ * Plank Shoulder Circles * Reverse Plank Slide * Pushback to Pushup * Lat Pullovers $ * Arm Circles * W Press $ * Kneeling Tricep Pumps EQUIPMENT: - Kettlebells, Dumbbells or Jugs of Detergent for Bicep Curls, Overhead Presses, and Lat Pull Overs - Barbell or a Broom Handle as shown in the video for Upright Rows. You can also substitute a set of Dumbbells or a Band - Medicine Ball, Dumbbell or a Jug of Detergent for Squat Thrusters Robin and I realized that since we're working out at home anyway, we might as well share the routines we do with you guys so you can workout out with us!
