Katy's video: a life wellness update

I wanted to share a bit of what's been going on for the past few weeks/months. It was important to me that I share some of my feelings with you guys and let you know that if you are feeling similar, it's okay and to take some time to take care of yourself! Self care can come in a million different ways, wether its talking to someone, going to therapy, or even taking some time to listen to yourself and process your own emotions.
