Kaui's video: Fake Weathertech No-Drill Mud Flaps Review - 2015 Silverado Crew Cab Standard Bed

Testing out a $40 set of mudflaps from Amazon. They are pretty close copies of the Weathertechs, which are more than double the price. You'll see where these bootleg flaps fall short, but they're a pretty good value and they look and work the part! I'm going to be removing them at some point to upgrade the rusty hardware, and put a protective layer of vinyl between where the body of the truck meets the mudflap. Junk accumulates there and even though the flap is mounted solidly, there is some vibration and movement that will scratch up the paint under the flap. The genuine Weathertechs will also suffer from this as well, per some reviewers comments. I also put a rubber glove fingertip between the camlock thing and the fender of the truck as that metal on metal contact doesnt make me happy either, so I'll probably put some vinyl there as well.
