SIAPA PAMAN SAM SEBENARNYA? Amerika serikat atu sering di sebut negara Paman Sam, berdasarkan spirit dari beberapa penulis dan pemimpin Yahudi, yang yakin bahwa AS yang makmur, kaya, dan kuat adalah Tanah yang Dijanjikan, maka kaum Yahudi sangat bersemangat dalam proses membentuk ekonomi dan politik di AS.  Ada beberapa bukti betapa besar pengaruh nilai-nilai Yahudi dan semangat kebangkitan 'Israel Raya' yang terpatri pada beberapa simbol kenegaraan dan kejayaan AS. Salah satunya adalah simbol Paman Samuel, yang dijadikan simbol kebangkitan AS.
