"Soul Man" is a 1967 song written and composed by Isaac Hayes and David Porter, first successful as a number 2 hit single by Atlantic Records soul duo Sam & Dave, which consisted of Samuel "Sam" Moore and David "Dave" Prater. The Blues Brothers performed the song as the "cold opener" of a November 1978 episode of Saturday Night Live; they later released the song as a single, which reached number 14 in February 1979 and number 19 in Canada in February 1979. Cash Box said of it that "Belushi's vocals are honestly effective and decidedly tongue-in-cheek." It was also used as the theme for the late 1990s ABC sitcom Soul Man, which starred Dan Aykroyd. The Blues Brothers are an American blues and soul revivalist band founded in 1978 by comedians Dan Aykroyd and John Belushi as part of a musical sketch on Saturday Night Live. Belushi and Aykroyd were lead vocalist 'Joliet' Jake Blues and harmonica player and vocalist Elwood Blues, respectively, donning black suits with matching trilby hats and sunglasses. Sven Otten (born 1988) is a German dancer, web video producer. He became internationally known with his YouTube channel. After Otten published his first video on YouTube in December 2012, he soon attracted attention. With his second video, he achieved his greatest success to date with around 50 million. In this video he dances to the song All night by Parov Stelar. His dancestyle is known as Neoswing. It consists of elements of swing and more modern dances.
