HEALTHY NESTLE TOLLHOUSE COOKIES 2 flax eggs (2 tbs @bareorganicssuperfoods flax meal, 5 tbs water) 1/3 cup tahini (or any drippy nut butter works) 2/3 cup @bareorganicssuperfoods coconut sugar 3 tbs @bareorganicssuperfoods coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp baking soda Pinch of salt 1/3 cup @thrivemarket coconut flour 1/2 cup @lilys_sweets_chocolate Dark chocolate chips DIRECTIONS: 1. Heat oven to 350. 2. Mix together flax and water. Let gel for 15 minutes until thick. 3. Mix tahini into eggs until well combined. Add coconut sugar, vanilla, and coconut oil, and mix until well combined. 4. Add in dry ingredients and stir until well combined (at least 30 seconds). 5. Fold in chocolate chips (and save a few for topping cookies). 6. Scoop cookies onto lined baking sheet. Bake for 9-10 minutes until edges are just golden, but middle is still a little under baked. 7.
