Ken Smith's video: Understanding Golf Club Fitting

Today Ben of Integrity Golf Performance walks us through understanding golf club fitting, and how the differences in shafts can vary greatly even when they say the same thing on the shaft. The staff at Integrity Golf Performance is working with me for the final 90 days of my 50's to help me recover my strength, flexibility, balance and golf swing after having my hip replaced late last fall. I turn 60 the first week of October and we are working to get my club head speed from the low=mid 90's back above 100 mph. They are also working with me to modify my swing to allow me to continue to play golf without injuring myself, and to hopefully get my handicap back into the low single digits, 5 or less.
