Ken Smith's video: 1st Swing Analysis by Integrity Golf Performance The Drill to Stop Club Flip At Impact

@1st Swing Analysis by Integrity Golf Performance & The Drill to Stop Club Flip At Impact
Video 3 in the series, today Ben Smock the Founder of Integrity Golf breaks down my swing and gives me a great drill to help me stop flipping the club before impact, a big power and stability drain. He also helps me open my hips with a simple change to my setup. In case you missed the first video I decided, 90 days before I turn 60, to get back into shape and try to add some strength and flexibility. I could not find a way to measure my success in that endeavor with my fishing so I am turning to golf to be my measuring stick. For the next 90 days I will work with the team at Integrity Golf in Frisco Texas to help me access what needs to get stronger, show me those workouts and to work on my golf swing and equipment. We are titling this Getting Driver Distance Back after injury, or in my case hip replacement (about 6 months ago). However in reality this is "The Todd Project". I play with a 40 something ex-collegiate baseball player, and I want to hit it past him off the tee! Check the guys at Integrity Golf Performance at https://bit.ly/3AuX7A5 Back with more fishing videos next week, boat reviews and a Sam Rayburn Report!
