I remember getting this patch from mugenarchive, but it had some issues. Iirc, it kept attacking even after the opponent was defeated, which was odd. I had to edit the AI so it could beat Malin in this video because holy shit, Malin was wrecking Shermie. Badly. Obviously, this AI is not without its flaws, but I'm always happy to see one of my favorite characters looking strong.
