If you have the samp crash "An exception occured" error, then this video is for you. This may also may work with the "server not responding", "unable to execute and "runtime error". Go to your Samp/GTA SA shortcut Right-click on it. Open File Location. In the GTA San Andreas Folder go to the Samp file. Right-click on it. Properties. Compatibility. STEP 1: Click on "Run this program in compatibility mode" and choose Windows 98/Windows Me. STEP 2: Click on "Run this program as an Administrator" and then "Apply". STEP 3: Click on "Run compatibility troubleshooter". Try recommended settings. Test the program. BONUS: If doesn't work: Rename the GTA SA folder. Click the Samp Shortcut. Browse and select the renamed GTA SA folder. Repeat the 3 steps.
