Sun of Sensei Kettlejitsu's video: Free bodyweight workout

Hello everyone! Check out this free bodyweight workout! I call this one the T pose flow! In the 1st part of the video I break down the movements and we do 10 reps of every movement and 20 reps of push UPS. Then we put it all together into our one minute flow. Do as many 1 minute rounds as you see fit!
