Keystone Patrol's video: LAPD Officer Frank Hernandez Punching Homeless Man in Hollenbeck FULL NEW BODYCAM BREAKDOWN

An incident took place within the Los Angeles police department Hollenback Area. The incident is possible unnecessary use of force on what appears to be a homeless man. Michael Moore, The chief of police, made a public announcement to the community about where he stands as well as where the officer is now. here is that video - The body cam of the cover officer shows the best angles of Officer Frank Hernandez. Officer Hernandez was served the LAPD for over 20 years, but this is not his first controversial moment. He has been in three shootings 1 in which sparked protests 3 year ago. You can see Officer Hernandez responded to the call aggressively which indicates he initiated the physical confrontation. Before I show that video, here is the 9-1-1 call So the caller states that these people have been here before, and that they are aggressive. The caller stated he does not want to be where they are. With this information in mind, Here is the confrontation from the cover officers body cam. The officer claims that the man grabbed his hand first which caused him to react. Was this an overreaction?
