Residents of village No. 4 in Nong Chak Subdistrict, Ban Bueng District, Chonburi Province, reported to disaster relief personnel at Nong Chak Subdistrict Municipality on January 27, that they had been hearing dogs cry in the drain behind the village for at least three days. So a rescue crew lowered a tiny man into a 15-meter-long pipe, extracted three puppies, and returned them to their barking mother, who waited nearby. The rescue squad discovered that the manhole cover was damaged and unsecured. Fortunately, someone called for assistance, and they were able to save the puppies in time. See less
