Aloha! I love this move! Place a Beach Band around your forearms, create resistance by separating your arms. Get into a plank position, elbows slightly bent. Back flat, hips down, shoulders retracted. Alternate tapping each foot outward, flexing your butt and abs. Perform 1 minute, 3 rounds. this is a terrific move to incorporate into you core or full body circuit.
