Aloha! This is a very effective exercise to strengthen the hamstrings muscles. How to do them: Stand in a wide stance. Keep your legs straight with a slight bend in the knees. Hold a weight in your left hand, Hinge forward keeping your shoulders back and down. Exhale as you stand back up to starting position. Focus on feeling the muscles in the back of other upper leg stabilizing your body, controlling the way you hinge forward and stand back up.
