I had a lot of fun working with Bryce Mitchell and everyone at Barata on this video. I'd like to thank everyone who made this video possible. First, Bryce Mitchell was fantastic to work with and made the process easy and fun. Willie McGlothlin was very accommodating and let me use his gym to film as often as I needed to. Eli and Rudy McGlothlin were awesome and helpful in filming training, and so was everyone else who trains at Barata. Roli Delgado was super nice and let me traipse around his gym, and Michelle Mitchell allowed me to set up a mini studio in her house.
