It is marketed as "Chizuru Inoue 1st," and features a mix of pop rock and synth-pop tracks. It was first released on LP and cassette, before it got a CD release a month after. A single featuring the titular track was released in April, a few months prior to this album's release. She later released another single in October, which was presumably her last single during her short-lived musical career.
