A majority of the songs were composed by Charles D. Fechter Jr., with the album being organized by the Aerobic Fitness Association of U.S.A. and the Nippon Aerobic Fitness Association of Japan. The album came with an insert detailing the stretches, poses, and exercises of aerobic fitness. As of 2019, the album has been released only on vinyl and cassette, but "Night Together" was recently included on Yuji Toriyama's Choice Works 1982 - 1985 compilation. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tracklist: 1.
