‘I grew up being very overweight, being 250 pounds when I was 15 which of course you know is the age when kids are really just so accepting and loving… So being a 250-pound boy at 15 was not easy and so I had people making fun of me a lot and I relied on comedy and kind of used that as a mask because I felt like, hey that’s all I had to offer the world. And so even though on the outside I was, laughing and making jokes and doing whatever I could honestly to not cry.
